Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting customer support.

• Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only for prepaid orders that are cancelled before shipping.

• In case of defective or wrong product delivery, please raise a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the order with proof (images).

• Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

• Products sold during promotions, discounts, or clearance.
