1. General

  • Manvi Tales is an online pet e-commerce store offering food, treats, and accessories for pets.

  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned during checkout).

  • Product images are for representation purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in packaging or appearance.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and order size.

  • Manvi Tales reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, technical errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery timeline: 3 to 4 business days, subject to product availability.

  • Pune customers: Next-day delivery is possible.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

  • Customers are requested to check shipping partner serviceability for their pin code.

4. Returns & Exchange

  • Pet food and treats are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Goods once sold cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or defects during delivery.

  • Customers must report damages/defects within 24 hours of receiving the order with proof (images).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Liability

  • Manvi Tales is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier partners.

  • We do not guarantee product suitability for every pet; please consult a veterinarian before introducing new food/treats.
